CA MD E Serie Radiale Rohrventilatoren
Often the structural situation does not allow fans to be installed directly in walls or windows. In order to transport air over longer distances through a duct or pipe system, radial pipe fans with axial air flow are used. They have a higher pressure capacity than axial units and, unlike radial fans, allow direct conveying without directional deflection. The CA MD series, made of hammer-blow gray painted galvanized sheet steel, is a variant of this.
Housing - Housing made of cold-rolled, phosphated steel, with particularly weather-resistant polyester powder coating, hammer-finished.
Quality - Encapsulated, ball-bearing motor with 3 stages, maintenance-free with thermal & overload protection according to EN 60335-2-80 for a long, trouble-free service life of the device.
Safety - Protection class IP44, protection class II, max. fluid medium temperature 50 °C.
Installation friendly - Installation possible in any position: horizontal, vertical or diagonal. Easily accessible plastic electrical terminal box with IP44 protection. The mounting brackets are in
scope of delivery. The direction of flow is indicated by an arrow.
Controls - External rotor capacitor motor, speed controllable by means of stepless controller , 5-step transformer or 3-step switch TRIO-CA (item no. 12869). Can be combined with overrun relay as an option.
Power - The impeller unit, balanced with the motor, with blades curved backwards, ensures high air performance with high pressure stability. Ideal for conveying small to medium air volumes against high pressures.
Environmentally friendly - After the life cycle, all parts can be separated for recycling and are marked according to WEEE regulations.
Accessories - Extensive accessories such as. pressure-side protection grids according to DIN EN 294, pipe connectors, check-valves, speed-controls, transformers, filter-boxes and PWW- and electric-heating-register and connection-spigots-with-wall-plate complete the system.
